7-Day Return & Exchange Window

We want you to love your Shumers purchase. If something isn't right, you can request a return (refund) or an exchange (different size) within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests can be raised in a few clicks from My Account → Orders.

How To Request A Return Or Exchange

  1. Login and go to My AccountOrders.
  2. Once an order shows as Delivered, a "Return / Exchange" button appears next to it for 7 days.
  3. Choose the item, select Return or Exchange, pick a reason, and submit.
  4. Track the status of your request any time from the Returns tab in My Account.

Conditions For Return/Exchange

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Footwear must be free of scuffs, odor, or signs of outdoor wear.
  • Original invoice/order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events.
  • Products damaged due to misuse after delivery.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders) within 5-7 business days. Exchange replacements are shipped out once the returned item passes inspection.
